Preheat oven to 400°F for the fries.
Rinse and dry the potatoes, then chop into fry shape.
Add to a large bowl of ice water and soak for 10 minutes - this helps remove excess starch so the fries get crispy even in the oven.
Rinse and dry the potatoes again, then toss in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
While the fries bake, start the caramelized onions - chop the yellow onion, heat a pan over medium-low heat, and add a little olive oil.
Once hot, add the onions and cook on low, stirring occasionally, until nice and caramelized. Add in 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce towards the end for extra flavor.
While the onions cook, mix together the sauce ingredients and set back in the fridge until serving.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and spray with olive oil.
Add the ground beef and break apart. Cook for 10 minutes, or until browned and fully cooked through.
Towards the end, add a little garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and mix around. Then add cheese and cover until melted.
While the meat cooks, prep all of your fresh toppings - romaine, tomatoes, and pickles, or whatever else you want!
Assemble bowls with all the goods and ENJOYYY !!
